LOWER LEVEL - Rear EntryThe lower level has undyed and untreated wool carpeting that was installed over a biodegradable pad throughout the lower level living areas; hydronic heating runs under all carpet, tile and cork floors. The underground portion of the lower level contains the home’s systems and controls, along with generous storage areas.

RECREATION & MEDIA ROOMSA working fireplace abuts floor to ceiling windows on the east side of the recreation area.
